What you need
- 1 item(s) Ready Crust 25% Less-Fat Graham Cracker Ready pie crust Buy Here!
- 1 package(s) Jell-O Sugar-Free Blackberry
- 2 serving(s) Yoplait® Greek 100 mixed berry yogurt, 1 serving = one 6 oz container
- 1/4 cup(s) water, Boiling
- 8 oz Fat Free Cool Whip Whipped Topping
What you do
- Totally dissolve jello in 1/4 cup boiling water & stir at least two minutes (use large glass bowl if possible)
- With a whisk, mix both container of yogurt into the jello
- Carefully fold in the Cool Whip
- Pour into pie shell
- Chill for at least 2 hours
- Serve with a dollop of fat free cool whip, mint leaves and fresh blackberries
