What you need
  1. 4 cups of blackberries
  2. 1 cups of raspberries
  3. 1/2 cup of sugar
  4. 1/2 cup of four
  5. 2 nine inch pie crusts (one for bottom, one for lattice top)
  6. 2 tablespoons of whole milk
  7. 1/2 cup white sugar
What you do
  1. Preheat the oven to 450
  2. Combine the berries, sugar & flour in a large bowl
  3. Place one of the pie crusts into the pie dish
  4. Soon berries into the unbaked pie crust
  5. Cut the other pie crust into 3/4 inch strips
  6. Lattice the strips and roll the edges, using your knuckle to crimp the edges
  7. Brush the top of the pie with the milk
  8. Sprinkle with remaining sugar
  9. Bake the pie for 15 mins at 450
  10. Reduce the heat to 375 and bake for another 25 mins
  11. Allow to cool. Best when still served warm with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream
