What you need
  1. 4 pounds of peeled russet potatoes
  2. 1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter
  3. 1/2 cup Williams-Sonoma Truffle Mashed Potato Seasoning
  4. 1 2/3 cups of warm half and half
  5. Chives (for garnish)
What you do
  1. Peel potatoes
  2. Boil a large pot of water
  3. Cook potatoes until tender
  4. Pass potatoes through ricer or mash them
  5. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat combine butter and seasoning
  6. Heat until butter melts and begins to foam
  7. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 mins
  8. stir the butter into potatoes
  9. then slowly stir in warm half and half
  10. Season with salt and pepper
  11. Garnish with a touch of chives
