A number of years ago I did an elimination diet to try to reduce my swelling and see if anything could help my arthritis. By eliminating gluten from my diet I was a lot less puffy and had a lot less pain. I’m not saying this would be true for everyone, but it was really helpful for me. I started eating a gluten-free diet and have done so (mostly) for over 10 years. You don’t have to sacrifice taste to enjoy a gluten-free lifestyle. Take a look at all the great options on our site.
