  3. PIE: Make the very berry pie @ 12:00 PM
  4. BRUSSELS: Chop all Ingredients @ 12:30 PM
  5. PUMPKIN PIE: Make Pumpkin Pie @ 1:00 PM
  6. STUFFING: Chop all the ingredients for a the stuffing @ 1:30 PM
  7. CHEESECAKE: Make the cheesecake @ 2:00 PM
  8. SWEET POTATOES: Prep the sweet potato stuffing & clean/prep potatoes @ 2:30 PM
  9. STUFFED POUND CAKE : Make the stuffed pound cake @3:00 PM
  10. TURKEY: Make the turkey rub @ 4:15 PM
  11. CAKE: Bake the Cake @ 4:30 PM
  12. TURKEY: Dry bird and put back in fridge @ 5:00 PM
  13. TURKEY: Rub down the bird and put it back in fridge @ 5:30 PM
  14. Set the table and make place cards @ 6:00 PM

Thanksgiving day

  1. STUFFING: Preheat oven at 400 @ 8:00 AM
  2. STUFFING: Prep Stuffing @ 8:15 AM
  3. STUFFING: Put Stuffing in the Oven @: 8:45 AM
  4. CAKE: Make Frosting @ 9:00 AM
  5. STUFFING: Take stuffing out of the oven @ 9:30 AM
  6. MASHED: Make shallots @ 10:20 AM
  7. CAKE: Frost CAKE @ 10:30 aM
  8. CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS: Make Filling @ 11:00 AM
  9. MASHED: Cut and Clean all the potatoes @ 11:15 PM
  10. TURKEY: Preheat oven to 425 @ 12:45 PM
  11. CAPRESE SKEWERS:  Make the Caprese Skewers @ 12:50 PM
  12. TURKEY: Put turkey in the oven @ 1:15 PM
  13. BAKED BRIE: Make Brie toping @ 1:30 PM
  14. GRAVEY: Put gravy in pan @ 1:45 PM
  15. APRICOT APP: Make the Apricot, Goat Cheese, and Almond Bites @2:00 PM
  16. TURKEY:Flip the bird & lower temp to 325 @ 2:15 PM
  17. Put out the Appetizers @ 2:30 PM
  18. SWEET POTATOES: Put potatoes in microwave @ 2:45 PM
  19. MASHED: & BRUSSELS: : Put 2 pots of water on @ 3:00 PM
  20. Guests start to arrive
  21. BRUSSELS: Make bacon @ 3:15 PM
  22. BRUSSELS: Cook Sprouts @ 3:30 PM
  23. BRUSSELS: Cook Squash @ 3:45 PM
  24. CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS & BAKED BRIE: Put mushrooms back in oven to warm up @ 3:50
  25. MASHED: Put Potatoes in water @ 4:00 PM
  26. SWEET POTATOES: Split potatoes and add stuffing @ 4:00 PM
  27. TURKEY: Take out of oven and allow to rest @ 4:15 PM
  28. STUFFING: Put stuffing in oven @ 4:30 PM
  29. SWEET POTATOES:Put sweet potatoes in oven @ 4:30 PM
  30. MASHED: Make Mashed Potatoes @ 4:30
  31. GRAVEY: Make Gravy @4:45 PM
  32. BRUSSELS: Combine everything in bowl @ 4:45 PM
  33. STUFFING: Take stuffing out oven @ 5:00 PM
