How to create the Rain Cloud Cupcake Topper

Difficulty Level: Easy

Using the cloud and drop hole punches, “punch” the following

• 90 clouds
• 30 medium light blue drops
• 30 medium medium blue drops
• 30 medium surf blue drops

Gather the supplies to make one cupcake topper

1. 2 clouds
2. A 4 inch piece of fishing wire
3. A Bamboo Skewer
4. 2 drops of the same color

1. Tape the fishing wire onto one of the small drops using the double sided tape
2. Place the other drop on top of the tape
3. Using the Scissors, cut any visible tape around the edge of the drop.

1. Take the Skewer and tape it to one of the clouds
2. Tape the fishing wire to the cloud so that it hands about 1/2 an inch under the cloud
3. Trim of the excess fishing wire.

1. Put the 2nd cloud on top of the first cloud, covering the stick and the string
2. You may need to add more double sided tape on either side of the cloud to get it to “stick”
