What you need
- 8oz of shaved Brussels sprouts
- 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- crispy onions
What you do
- In a large skillet, saute garlic and olive oil
- Toss in Brussels sprouts and cook on high for 8 mins until they are bright green and tender
- Add broth and cover fro 2 mins
- Sprinkle with crispy onions on top
