What you need
  1. 4 yellow onions thinly sliced
  2. 1 pint sliced white or portabella mushrooms, cleaned
  3. 1/2 a stick of butter
What you do
  1. Melt the butter in a large saute pan on Med. High
  2. Add the onions and cook until they start to become clear
  3. Add the mushrooms
  4. Lower the heat to medium and cook for aprox. 30 mins, stirring often. If they start to burn, add a little bit of water to the pan.
