What you need
- 4 yellow onions thinly sliced
- 1 pint sliced white or portabella mushrooms, cleaned
- 1/2 a stick of butter
What you do
- Melt the butter in a large saute pan on Med. High
- Add the onions and cook until they start to become clear
- Add the mushrooms
- Lower the heat to medium and cook for aprox. 30 mins, stirring often. If they start to burn, add a little bit of water to the pan.
