What you need
- 1 box of super most Pillsbury white cake mix
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1/2 of passionfruit puree
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 2 teaspoons grated lime zest
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
What you do
- Pre-heat the oven to 350
- Grease & flour your cake pans or put cup-cake liners in the pan
- Blend the cake mix, buttermilk, puree, oil, eggs, orange & lime zests until fully moistened
- On Medium speed, mix for 2 full minutes
- Mix in the poppy seeds by hand until fully combined
- Bake according to the time on the box for your pan selection
- Allow to cool for 15 mins & remove from your pans
- Allow to fully cool before frosting (but not too long)
