This is my current favorite cocktail. Not too sweet and just perfect all year round.

- 1 1/2 ounces Nonino amaro
- 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice, strained
Instructions
- Combine amaro, Aperol, bourbon, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty about 20 seconds.
- Strain into 2 coupe glasses
