Description

This is my current favorite cocktail.  Not too sweet and just perfect all year round. 

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 ounces Nonino amaro
  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice, strained

Instructions

  1. Combine amaro, Aperol, bourbon, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain into 2 coupe glasses
