What you need
- 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2-3 scallions, thinly sliced
- the Juice of half lime
What you do
- Whisk together all ingredients except for tuna and avocado.
- When ready to serve combine dressing with tuna and squeeze a half lime over top.
