What you need
  1. 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos
  2. 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  3. 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  4. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  6. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  7. 1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  8. 1 avocado, cubed
  9. 2-3 scallions, thinly sliced
  10. the Juice of half lime
What you do
  1. Whisk together all ingredients except for tuna and avocado.
  2. When ready to serve combine dressing with tuna and squeeze a half lime over top.
