  1. Combine oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and coconut milk.
  2. Stir in the of salt (don’t skip the salt).
  3. Split the mixture into the 4 Overnight Oat Containers or Mason Jars
  4. Store oats in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Serve oats straight out of the refrigerator (or warm them up briefly in the microwave if you’d prefer), topped with anything you’d like. Enjoy!
