Healthy, satisfying overnight oats with flax and chia seeds can be made in five minutes. Considering how low-calorie they are, they will stick to your ribs.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Raw Rolled Oats – I use gluten-free
- 2 tablespoons unsalted Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Flax Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 4 ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- pinch of Salt
- Overnight Oat Containers or Mason Jars
Instructions

Combine oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and coconut milk.

Stir in the of salt (don’t skip the salt).
- Split the mixture into the 4 Overnight Oat Containers or Mason Jars

Store oats in the refrigerator overnight.

Serve oats straight out of the refrigerator (or warm them up briefly in the microwave if you’d prefer), topped with anything you’d like. Enjoy!
