What you need
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of ketchup + a little more for topping
- 1 packet of Lipton Onion Recipe Mix
- 3/4 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs, Italian Style
What you do
- Preheat the oven at 350
- Beat eggs and water together
- Mix all dry ingredients (onion sup mix, bread crubms) and meat togheter with your hands
- Add the wet ingedians (egg, water & ketchup) mix with your hands
- Put in a loaf pan, then cover/frost with ketchup but don't put ketchup too close to the edges of the pan
- Bake for 1 hour
