What you need
  1. One box of stonewall kitchen lemon cupcake mix
  2. 1 stick of unsalted butter softened
  3. 2 large eggs
  4. 1/2 cup of water, lukewarm
  5. 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
What you do
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350
  2. Grease & flour your cake pans or put cup-cake liners in the pan
  3. Blend all the ingredients except the poppy seeds until fully moistened
  4. On Medium speed, mix for 2 full minutes
  5. Stir in the poppy seeds
  6. Bake according to the time on the box for your pan selection
  7. Allow to cool for 15 mins & remove from your pans
  8. Allow to fully cool before frosting (but not too long)
