What you need
  1. 4 medium beets, cleaned and stems removed, sliced thinly
  2. 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  4. 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
What you do
  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Toss all the ingredients in large bowl and mix well to combine
  3. Lay flat on a baking sheet
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender
  5. Serve wam.
