What you need
- 4 medium beets, cleaned and stems removed, sliced thinly
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
What you do
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Toss all the ingredients in large bowl and mix well to combine
- Lay flat on a baking sheet
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender
- Serve wam.
