What you need
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup Crisco butter flavored shortening sticks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 package of milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup toffee chips
What you do
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda.
- On med. speed, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add half the flour mixture and beat well.
- Add the water and remaining flour mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips, cranberries, coconut and toffee chips.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
- Bake cookies for 9-11 mins. – until just golden
