What you need
  1. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  2. 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1 cup Crisco butter flavored shortening sticks
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. 1 cup brown sugar
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  10. 2 tablespoons water
  11. 1/2 package of milk chocolate chips
  12. 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  13. 1/4 cup coconut
  14. 1/4 cup toffee chips
What you do
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda.
  3. On med. speed, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Add half the flour mixture and beat well.
  6. Add the water and remaining flour mixture.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips, cranberries, coconut and toffee chips.
  8. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
  9. Bake cookies for 9-11 mins. – until just golden
