What you need
- 2 6 oz. cans crab meat, drained and shredded (Phillip's is best)
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
What you do
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Pour into a glass pie plate
- Sprinkle top with shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
- Serve with water crackers, pita chips or Ritz crackers
