What you need
  1. 2 6 oz. cans crab meat, drained and shredded (Phillip's is best)
  2. 1 8oz pkg cream cheese (room temperature)
  3. 1 cup mayonnaise
  4. 1/3 cup chopped onion
  5. 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  6. 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
What you do
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients
  4. Pour into a glass pie plate
  5. Sprinkle top with shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
  7. Serve with water crackers, pita chips or Ritz crackers
