These are amazing, not hard to make and hard to keep stocked!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup of raw sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/8 cup of raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper
- Preheat the oven at 350
- Combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer all the seeds to the cookie sheet and bake for 15 mins.
- Remove the baking pan from the oven and put the mixture into a large mixing bowl
- Add the cranberries
- Combine the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, salt, cinnamon and vanilla in a microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave for 40 seconds,
- Stir will to combine
- Pour the melted peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients.
- Using a rubber spatula, stir the ingredients together.
- Transfer the mixture into the 8×8 baking pan.
- Top with a sheet of parchment paper and press down firmly into an even layer, and push it down firmly.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
- Slice into bars.
