What you need
  1. 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  2. 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest (1 lemon)
  3. 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  5. 2 pounds of lamb chops
What you do
  1. Position oven rack so that your lamb chops will be about 6 inches from the top of your oven
  2. Preheat the broiler on high for 10 mins
  3. Combine the garlic, lemon zest, oregano and salt
  4. Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels and place on roasting pan
  5. Rub the seasoning mix all of the top of the chops
  6. Broil for 4-8 minuets per side, until the internal temp reaches 145 (medium-rare) or 160 (medium)
  7. Let the chops rest for 5 mins, enjoy.
