What you need
  1. For the marinate
  2. Skinless boneless chicken breasts
  3. 1 cup white wine
  4. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  5. heavy splash of worcestershire sauce
  6. heavy splash of honey or good maple syrup
  7. about 10 crushed cloves of garlic
  8. about 1/4 of a sliced onion
  9. For the rub
  10. salt
  11. pepper
  12. garlic powder
  13. paprika
  14. parsley
What you do
  1. Prehea the oven at 375f
  2. Mix the marinate ingredients in a bowl with a whisk
  3. Put the chicken breasts in the marinade of 24 to 48 hours
  4. Remove from fridge and marinade & make sure you clean any remnants of marinade from the chicken
  5. Season both sides of chix and let sit for 1/2 hr at rm temp
  6. Preheat a black iron skillet coated with about a Tablespoonb of olive oil – make sure the olive oil is evenly applied
  7. Sear the chix on both sides ( 2mins 1st side/ barely a minute the 2nd side)
  8. Pop the pan into a the oven (375) for about 2 minutes
  9. Drop the oven temp to 280/300 and give it about 10 to 15 mins – this can vary based on size of breasts
  10. Pull from oven & let sit for 5mins and slice
