Row 1
- Using a J 6.00 MM crochet hook Ch 2 of Color A
- Sc in the 2nd Ch from hook
- Turn.
Row 2
- Ch 1
- In first stitch 2 Sc
- Sc until 1 stitch remains
- 2 Sc in the last stitch
- Turn
Row 3
- Change to Color B
Tip
If you’re only using two colors, you can save time weaving in ends by not fastening off. However, if you are using more than two colors I suggest fastening off. - Ch 3
- In first stitch from hook, dc 2 times
- In second stitch from hook, 1 Sdc
- In third stitch from hook, 1 dc
- Alternate 1 Sdc and 1 dc until 1 stitch remains
- In the last stitch, dc 2 times
- Turn
Row 4
- Ch 3
- In first stitch from hook, dc 2 times
- 1 dc in each stitch until 1 stitch remains
- In the last stitch, dc 2 times

- In the 5th stitch, 1 dc
- In the 6th stitch, 1 Sdc
- Alternate 1 dc and 1 Sdc until there are only 4 stitches remaining
