What you need
- 3/4 cups cold water
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 package of fresh cranberries
- 16oz fresh pineapple chunks (drained of liquid)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
What you do
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved
- Add cranberries and lower burner to med heat
- Cook until the berries pop
- Remove from heat (leave in liquid)
- Allow to cool
- Stir in pineapple and walnuts
- Refrigerate over night (at least) 2 days is best
