What you need
  1. 34 Fresh Mushrooms
  2. 1/2 cup margarine, divided
  3. 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  4. 3 crab cakes (Phillips if possible)
  5. 1 container of crab meat (lump again Phillips if possible
  6. 1/3 cup grated parmigiana cheese
  7. 1 1/2 tablespoon minced parley
  8. 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire
  9. 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
What you do
  1. Throughly wipe the mushrooms clean of all dirt with a paper towel (do not wash in water)
  2. Remove the mushroom stems and mince them
  3. Preheat the broiler
  4. In a skillet melt the 1/4 cup of margarine on low heat
  5. Add onion and stems and sauté until tender
  6. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until well blended
  7. Stuff the caps with the mixture
  8. Drizzle with butter
