You’d swear this was cookie dough!  Could there be a better way to get a fat blast?

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla and salt and beat until combined.
  3. Slowly beat in your almond flour until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to firm slightly, 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough into small balls.

Notes

These are about 1 Net carb a fat bomb when you factor in the Erythritol from the chips.
