Ingredients

- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar free confectioners sugar [Swerve confectioners sugar]
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2/3 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips [Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips]
Baking Supplies
Instructions
- Cream the butter until light and fluffy.
- Add sugar, vanilla and salt and beat until combined.
- Slowly beat in your almond flour until fully incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to firm slightly, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough into small balls.
Notes
These are about 1 Net carb a fat bomb when you factor in the Erythritol from the chips.
