These clouds and raindrop garland decorations were great for the baby sprinkle that I threw for my friend’s second baby. They are surprisingly easy to create.

What You Need:
- 4 “bags” of Fake Holiday Snow
- Fishing Wire
- Needle
- Scissors
- Double Sided Tape
- Large Heart Punch
- Card stock paper in:
- Removable Hanging Clips

What You Do
Step 1: Ball up the snow
- Gather up a basketball-sized mass of fake snow and shape into a pretty cloud.
Step 2: Get the clouds ready to hang
- Thread the needle with the fishing wire
- Create a loop through the cloud and secure it with a knot.
- Create another loop through the cloud making sure you have enough loops to hang the the cloud evenly
Step 3: Cut out the hearts
- Using the heart punch, punch out 50 hearts of each color
- Fold each heart in half
Step 4: Fasten the drops to the garland
- Cut a 6 foot piece of fishing wire
- Take a darkest blue “drop”, point part facing the end of the wire and fasten it 12 inches from the end with double sided tape
- Leave 6 inches empty and attach another drop
- Repeat the process until you have 5 of each color blue drop (going from darkest to lightest color blue)
Step 5: Hang the garland and clouds from the ceiling

- Then hang the clouds
