What you need
  1. 2 cups sliced Almonds
  2. 3-4 tbsp Honey
  3. 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  4. 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  6. 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  7. 1 tbsp Water
  8. 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
What you do
  1. Preheat the oven 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the almonds on a rimmed baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, stir together the salt, chili powder, cinnamon, and cayenne in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Heat the honey in a medium bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in the water and olive oil.
  6. Add the toasted almonds to the bowl and stir to coat.
  7. Spread the almonds back out on the baking sheet and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
  8. Place back into the oven for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
