What you need
- 1/2 clementine (or 1 orange wedge)
- 1/2 oz (45 mL) Patrón Reposado Tequila
- 1/4 oz (7 1⁄2 mL) Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
- 1⁄2 oz (15 mL) Cointreau
- 3⁄4 oz (25 mL) fresh lime juice
- 3⁄4 oz (25 mL) honey syrup (honey and water)
- Wide lime disk (garnish)
What you do
- Squeeze the juice of the clementine (or orange) into a shaker
- Add tequila, VSOP, Cointreau, lime juice, honey syrup
- Shake well
- Garnish with wide lime disk
