What you need
  1. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  2. 2-4 lb pork tenderloin
  3. 1 cup of organic chicken broth
  4. 4 cups of Organic Beef Broth
  5. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (I use fig balsamic vinegar which is hard to find, but amazing.
  6. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  8. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
What you do
  1. Put the olive oil in the bottom of your slow cooker
  2. place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients and pour over the meat
  4. Turn on the slower cooker and cook for 5-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
  5. Remove from the fluid before serving
