What you need
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2-4 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 cup of organic chicken broth
- 4 cups of Organic Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (I use fig balsamic vinegar which is hard to find, but amazing.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
What you do
- Put the olive oil in the bottom of your slow cooker
- place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker
- In a small bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients and pour over the meat
- Turn on the slower cooker and cook for 5-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
- Remove from the fluid before serving
