- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/4 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup jarred marinara sauce
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment papera and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
- Put the chicken in a baggie and pount until thin.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl.
- In another bowl combine the parmesan cheese with the spices.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the egg and then the cheese, coating both sides.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 min.
- Top each piece with sauce and then shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for another 10-20 min until the chicken is cooked through until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
