What you need
- 1 smallish brie cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice - I prefer pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries - I sometimes use mixed blueberries, cranberries, cherries and plums
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (what you would use to make camel apples, in produce section of your supermarket)
- Ginger crackers or table crackers
What you do
- Mix nuts, dried berries, and caramel together (add more caramel if needed)
- Spread over top of the brie
- Bake for 15 minutes (or until a bit runny) at 350 degrees
- Serve with table crackers or plain ginger cracker / cookies. The ginger crackers are better, they are a great compliment to the cheese
