What you need
  1. 1 smallish brie cheese
  2. 1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice - I prefer pecans
  3. 1/2 cup dried cranberries - I sometimes use mixed blueberries, cranberries, cherries and plums
  4. 1/4 cup caramel sauce (what you would use to make camel apples, in produce section of your supermarket)
  5. Ginger crackers or table crackers
What you do
  1. Mix nuts, dried berries, and caramel together (add more caramel if needed)
  2. Spread over top of the brie
  3. Bake for 15 minutes (or until a bit runny) at 350 degrees
  4. Serve with table crackers or plain ginger cracker / cookies. The ginger crackers are better, they are a great compliment to the cheese
