What you need
  1. 2 pears, skin on and quartered
  2. 8 slices of bacon (nightshade free for strict AIP)
What you do
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Cover a large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Wrap each quarter of pear with a slice of bacon and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  5. Garnish with a little something like fresh herbs!
  6. Eat while hot.
